When

When, is the next question you need to be asking yourself. It’s good to set yourself goals of WHEN you want to achieve your results by. It may be prior to surgery, after child birth or you have an event on a particular date. It might just be before summer. But make sure you are realistic in setting your goals.

Depending on your goal(s) I typically recommend 2 or 3 sessions per week. As we work together monitoring your progress the number of sessions can be changed to suit. As explained in the previous section once your physical, emotional and mental aligns your goals move closer and often arrive ahead of time!

I am a strong believer in sharing my client’s goals! My motive for being a personal trainer is I that I thrive on your satisfaction! It is also important to consider that the quality of how you reach your goals is equally important as achieving them!

My ultimate goal is to have you reach your optimum so that your journey to wellness is controlled by you. It is sad when I part ways with some of my clients after they have reached their goals but it is also very rewarding for me to know that I have helped them reach a point that enables them to continue on their own…
